Aurora and Monett municipal charges are express exceptions to the Sheriff's ordinary county-jail intake description. Absence from the Lawrence County lists may therefore point to a different municipal custody path, not a release.
Confirm a Lawrence County Release

If the current roster no longer shows the person and the released tab has no matching card, do not fill the gap with an assumption. The display window is not the Sheriff's legal retention period. Research found no official online schedule for the underlying booking and release record. Do not claim that the record is destroyed when the card vanishes. Older releases may still be available from the records custodian, subject to Missouri closure and expungement rules.
Missouri closure and expungement can limit access after later court action. A roster capture reflects what the Sheriff displayed at that time, while a later disposition may change the public-record status. Use the current agency response and court order when they conflict with an old copy. The short recent-release list should not be treated as a permanent account of the person's legal outcome.
